Making sure that the property we're dealing in has it's title clear by going through the chain of documents since the inception of the property

We help our clients in obtaining society No Objection Certificate(NOC), also few other government NOC's wherever appicable(eg: Collector NOC in Collector Lease hod properties)
Drafting
We co-ordinate with the client's lawyer or the legal team in order to get the draft of agreement (outright / leave & license) whichever applicable for the premise.
Stamp Duty
We guide our clients in each and every step of the process(filling up number of government forms, Appointments at registration office, Handling all their paper work)
